SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following working day.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery time from dispatch:
— United Kingdom: 4 to 7 working days
— European Union: 5 to 10 working days
— Rest of the world: 7 to 14 working days

Please note that working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors (peak season, customs clearance, weather, courier delays).

SHIPPING COSTS

— UK: Free standard delivery on all orders
— International: Calculated at checkout based on destination

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking link. You can track your order at any time directly from your email or via the "Track your order" link in our website footer.

If tracking information hasn't updated within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us at support@handra.co and we'll investigate.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:
1. Check your tracking link for the latest update
2. Contact your local courier with your tracking number
3. If still unresolved, email support@handra.co — we'll work with the courier on your behalf to locate your package or arrange a replacement

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, you'll be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your HANDRA arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@handra.co with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement immediately.
