REFUND POLICY

At HANDRA, we want you to love your purchase. That's why every order is backed by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee — no questions asked.

THE HANDRA GUARANTEE

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return for a full refund. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, simply contact us at support@handra.co and we'll take care of you.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
— Unused or lightly used (we accept hygiene-tested items, as we know you need to actually try it)
— In its original packaging or condition
— Returned within 30 days of delivery

We're confident enough in HANDRA that we accept returns even after you've tried it — that's the whole point of a 30-day risk-free trial.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

1. Email us at support@handra.co with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll reply within 1 working day with a return address and instructions
3. Ship the item back to us using a tracked service of your choice
4. Once received, we'll process your refund within 5 working days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective (in which case we cover everything).

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your HANDRA arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@handra.co with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost — including return shipping.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
— Items that have been significantly used, washed, or modified
— Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
— Items returned without prior contact with our support team

EXCHANGES

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different bundle or quantity, please request a refund and place a new order.

EU/UK STATUTORY RIGHTS

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the item for any reason. This right is separate from and in addition to our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
